A general home inspection is a complete evaluation of the property including exterior , interior ,attic roofing, hvac, heatings , plumbing and electrical systems as well any previous permitting information on the property that is available.

A general condo inspection is a complete evaluation of the internal unit including interiors , hvac, heating, plumbing, electrical systems, exteriors such as Balcony ,patios and terraces.

A pre-listing inspection gives you, the seller, a heads-up if there are problems that a potential buyer will likely want repaired. Once you know what’s wrong, you can have those issues fixed before you list. The cleaner and more problem-free you can make your home, the faster it’s likely to sell.

A  4-point inspection is an observation of the four major components of a home. These components are roof, plumbing, electrical & hvac. Most insurance companies require a 4-point inspection before the home buyer/owner receives insurance on the property. This inspection will give the insurance company an idea on the status of these 4 components.

The purpose of the wind mitigation is to determine the capability of a given structure to  withstand the strong winds of a storm such as a hurricane. This inspection is necessary to insure your home and having the proper safety precautions will help with your insurance premium.
